对侧乳腺癌的危险性被引量：4

摘要保留乳房的治疗手段已成为现在治疗早期乳腺癌的标准方案,其中有一个问题值得关注,即放射治疗可能会增加对侧乳腺癌的发生。通过BRCA1/2基因检测,乳腺癌家族史分析以及年轻乳腺癌妇女的筛选也许能达到对高危人群的监测目的,从而采取一些预防措施减少这些继发肿瘤的发生。
