摘要
目的 :了解优秀护理人员的心理、社会等多因素综合情况 ,为选择、培训和发展优秀人才提供科学依据。方法 :采用卡特尔 16项个性因素量表 ,对 10 0名市优秀护士和 131名普通护士的人格特征进行测量 ,同时采用自编的《护理人员情况调查表》对两组人员的德、能、勤、绩和社会因素进行调查。结果 :优秀护士具有高稳定性、高恃强性、高有恒性、高自律性、低忧虑性、低紧张性等人格特征 ,以及良好的业务素质 ;此外 ,工作经验丰富 (年龄大和工作时间长 )及配偶的职业好。对以上具有统计学意义的因子作Lo gistic回归分析 ,其中自律性、工作年限、撰写论文和职称等因子被选入配合最佳模型。结论 :影响护理人员成功的因素有人格特征、知识。
Objective:to understand the psychological, social, and multiple factors state of outstanding nursing staffs, to provide a scientific bases for choosing, training these nurses. Methods: Carter 16 items of individual factor scale adopted to determine the personality features of a total of 100 excellent nurses and 131 of ordinary nurses. Meanwhile, self-designed 'Investigation form of state of nursing staff' was used to investigate the morality, capability, service work, accomplishments of nurses of the two groups respectively. Results: excellent nurses have personality features such as high stability, high formidableness, high permanence, high self-discipline, and low anxiousness, low nervousness. Excellent nurses have good quality of doing professional work. In addition, they have rich working experiences and their spout have good occupation. Items of above mentioned were analyzed via Logistic regression, it showed that factors such as self-discipline, years of nursing work, published articles, and professional job titles were selected as the best coordination model.Conclusion:factors including personality features,knowledge,self-quality and family circumstances may affect the success of nursing staffs.
