BVI倍频532激光治疗和预防视网膜脱离的临床研究

The clinical research of treatment and prevention with retinal detachment by BVI overtone laser

目的 研究和分析用BVl5 3 2倍频激光治疗和预防视网膜脱离的效果。方法 用法国BVl5 3 2倍频激光治疗和预防视网膜脱离患眼 2 0 0眼。结果 视网膜周边干性裂孔和视网膜周边变性单纯用激光治疗 76眼 ,成功 72眼 ,占 94.2 1 % ,失败 4例是因玻璃体有牵引 ,结合局部垫压后成功 ;不放液巩膜外扣带术治疗孔源性视网膜脱离手术后 6 8眼 ,一次激光封孔成功 5 6眼 ,占 82 .4% ,1 2例因视网膜下液较多失败 ,后经使用中药、脱水剂等治疗后 ,8例二次光凝成功 ,4例失败 ;黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离成功 1 8例 ,失败 4例 ;未发现裂孔的视网膜脱离 1 2眼 1 0 0 %手术成功 ;复杂性视网膜脱离经玻璃体视网膜手术 ,术中及术后激光封闭裂孔 2 6眼 ,成功 1 0 0 %。结论 BVl 5 3 2倍频激光治疗和预防视网膜脱离成功率高、创伤小 ,周边视网膜裂孔和变性激光治疗可以预防视网膜脱离的发生 :激光可根据病情在术中、术后选择 。

Objective Research and analysis the effectiveness of treatment and prevention with retinal detachment by BVl 532 overtone laser.Methods Using French BVl 532 overtone laser,treatment and prevention the retinal detachment 200 eyes.Results Using laser treatment with only peripheral retinal dry hole and peripheral retinal degeneration,72 eyes success,counted 94.21%,4 eyes failur due to the traction of vitrous,success with the aids of locai pad;68 eyes of retinal detachment after undicharge fluid treatment,56 eyes success with once laser,counted82.4%,12 eyes failur due to the more subretinal fluid,8 eyes sucess twice with the aids of herb and dehydrant,4 eyes failure;with machlar hole,14 eyes success while 4 eyes failure;a1L success with unfinding retinal hole(12 eyes);26 eyes with complicated retinal detachment by vetroretinal operation,in the middle or after,using laser,al1 success.Conclusion It has a hish rate of success,less trauma,that treatment and prevention retinal detachment by using BVl 532 overtone laser.It could prevent the occurrence of retinal detachment that treatment with laser to peripheral retinal hole and degeneration.Laser could be a supplementary therapy in routine retinal and vitreous operation.It could be used in the middle or after the operation.
