穴位注射配合艾灸治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的临床研究

Experimental Research on Treatment of Leucopenia with Acupoint-injection Combined with Moxibustion

目的 :研究以黄芪注射液穴位注射配合艾灸疗法对化疗后白细胞减少症患者白细胞数量及细胞免疫的影响。方法 :将恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症 86例 ,随机分为黄芪注射液穴位注射配合艾条温和灸治疗组 (治疗组 )、升白药口服组 (对照组 ) ,分别进行对照治疗 ,以治疗前后临床症状、外周血白细胞数量、T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD8+ 含量的变化为指标进行实验观察。结果 :①治疗组较对照组有明显提高外周血白细胞数的作用 ;②治疗组能提高肿瘤患者外周血T细胞亚群CD3+ 、CD4 + 含量、使CD4 + /CD8+ 比值升高 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;③治疗组能明显改善全身虚损症状。

Purpose :To study the effect of therapy of astragalus point injection combined with moxibustion to WBC counts and cell immune of patients who are leucopenia after chemotherapy. Methods :This subject chooses 86 malignant tumour patients who are leucopenia after chemotherapy.These cases were randomized and divided into two groups.GroupⅠwas treated by therapy of astragalus point injection combined with moxibustion (treatment group).GroupⅡwas treated by taking the medicine which can increase the WBC counts (comparison group).These two groups were treated separately.The variation of clinical content,outside blood WBC counts,T lymphocyte subsets CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 + counts before and after treated were observed. Result :① The treatment group obviously has the function of improving outside blood WBC counts comparing with GroupⅡ.They were statistically different ( P <0 05);② The treatment group can improve the content of outside blood T lymphocyte subsets CD3 +,CD4 + of malignant tumour patients to increase the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +.They were statistically different ( P <0 01);③ The treatment group can obviously improve the weak situation of malignant tumour patients.
