吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗ⅢB/Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

目的 :观察吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗ⅢB～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效、不良反应。方法 :3 8例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者使用吉西他滨 10 0 0mg/m2 静滴 ,第 1,8天 ,顺铂 70mg/m2 ,第 1天、2 1天为一疗程 ,至少治疗二个周期。结果 :全组CR 4例 ,PR 14例 ,NC 16例 ,PD 4例 ,总有效率 (CR +PR) 47 4% ,中位生存期 9 3个月 ,主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐及脱发 ,但大多数轻微。结论 :吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效好 。

Objective:To study the efficacy and toxicity of combined chemotherapy of gemcitabine plus cisplatin in patients with stage ⅢB～Ⅳ non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:38 cases with advanced non-small cell lung cancer received combined chemotherapy of gemcitabine 1000mg/m 2 on day 1 and 8,and cisplatin 70mg/m 2 on day 1 of the 21-day cycle.Each patient was given at least 2 cycles.Results:An objective response was obtained in 47.4% of patients(4 complete and 14 partial responses),whereas 16 patients had stable disease and 4 patients were progressive.The median duration of survial was 9.3 months.The main toxicity was hematologic in the forms of granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia.The non hematologic toxicities were chiefly alopecia and nausea/vomiting.Conclusion:Combination chemotherapy of gemcitabine and cisplatin was well tolerated,with an acceptable response rate in the treatment of NSCLC.
