急性四肢动脉栓塞的诊治体会——附38例的报告

目的 :探讨急性肢体动脉栓塞的外科治疗。方法 :对 1992年以来 3 8例急性四肢动脉栓塞的处理进行回顾分析。结果 :外科治疗 ,痊愈 16人 ( 5 0 % ) ,好转 6人 ( 2 0 % ) ,截肢 5人 ,死亡 5人。发病 12小时内者外科处理 ,截肢和死亡率零 ,发病后 12小时后 ,外科截肢和死亡率分别为 16 7%、16 7%。结论 :总而言之 ,急性肢体动脉栓是外科的急症 。

Objective:A study about the Surgical management for acute arterial embolism of extremities methods a review of 38 cases arterial embolism of extremities managed since 1992.results:results of surgical treatment by operation heart catheter and medicine were rated excellent 16 patients (50%).good 6 patients (20%).amputation performed on patients 5 death were 5 patients.The amputation rate and mortality were 0%.Before 12 hours from onset of symptoms to Surgical management but it were 16 7% and 16 7%.respectively after 12 hours from on onset of symptoms to Surgical management.Conclusion:acute arterial embolism of extremities is general surgeical emergency.It is importan to Surgical management by immediately and correetly.
