摘要
目的 研究肠内营养 (EN)和肠外营养 (PN)对食管癌、贲门癌病人术后营养支持的治疗效果。方法 将 10 0例食管癌、贲门癌病人随机分成EN组和PN组 ,比较两组营养指标、免疫功能指标及病人耐受性情况。结果 治疗 10d ,两组病人均由负氮平衡转为正氮平衡 ,各营养指标及免疫功能指标均明显增高 ,EN组免疫功能指标增高更为明显 ;病人耐受性指标中 ,EN组无显著变化 ,PN组血糖增高明显 ,胰岛素用量大。结论 EN和PN均能改善食管癌、贲门癌病人营养、提高其机体免疫功能。在提高机体免疫功能方面 ,EN优于PN 。
Objective To evaluate the effects of enteral nutrition (EN) and parenteral nutrition (PN) support in patients after the operation of esophagus or cardiac cancer.Methods 100 patients with esophagus or cardiac cancer who had been operated were randomly divided into two groups:one group received EN,the other group received PN.The nutrition parameters,immunologic function parameters and patients'tolerability parameters were observed.Results After 10 days'treatment,the nutrition condition of patients in two groups all changed from negative nitrogen balance to positive nitrogen balance.The nutrition parameters and immunologic function parameters increased significantly in both groups and the EN group increased more obviously.The tolerability,blood sugar and external insulin in PN group increased obviously,but those in EN group were not changed.Conclusion Both EN and PN play an important role in nutrition support and improvement of immunologic function.EN has better effects on immunologic function and tolerability than PN.
