活动性结核病患者淋巴细胞DNA修复能力和淋巴细胞转化能力研究

Study on the DNA repair ability and transformation function of lymphocytes in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis

目的 探讨活动性结核患者的免疫状况。方法 对活动性肺结核 77例 ,肺外结核病 15例 ,健康组 2 5例 ,分别测定静脉血淋巴细胞DNA修复能力、淋巴细胞转化能力。结果 肺结核组患者淋巴细胞DNA修复能力为 (2 0 9.82± 12 2 .5 6)cpm ,淋巴细胞转化能力为 (740 6.5 7± 4112 .65 )cpm ,明显低于健康组 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 )。肺外结核组患者淋巴细胞DNA修复能力为 (2 45 .87± 117.81)cpm ,淋巴细胞转化能力为 (6885 .70± 3 3 0 7.75 )cpm ,明显低于健康组 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 )。
