摘要
目的 :介绍一种安全、高效的微型腹腔镜小儿斜疝高位结扎术。方法 :通过微型腹腔镜的监视下应用操作钳、带线针、钩针完成疝环高位结扎术。结果 :目前已完成 15 3例 188侧疝的手术 ,随访最长 2 0个月未见有复发。结论 :该术式简单安全易被接受 ,且所需器材简单 ,是适于普及的手术方法。
Objective: To introduce a procedure for micro laparoscopic herniotomy in children Methods: Preform purse string closing of the interal ring for indirect inguinal hernia in children under micro laparocope Results: 153 children with inderect inguinal hernia were treated by the procedure, no recurrence occur after 20 months of follow up Conclusion: Micro laparoscopic herniotomy is a simple, safe and effective preocedure
