摘要 肠粘膜与肠腔内大量细菌及毒素广泛接触,是机体最重要的屏障,其损伤可致肠腔内毒素及细菌移位入血。位于屏障最前线的是肠上皮层内淋巴细胞(iIEL),本综述结合国内外资料,介绍iIEL的来源、生理状态下的特点、疾病状态下的改变及对外界干预的反应,以助于寻找及评价减轻肠屏障损伤的方法。 The intestinal memberane serves as the most important barrier of the body s ince it contacts with massive amount of toxins and bacteria inside the lumen.T he damage of the gut barrier could cause the translocation of the intestinal en dotoxin and bacteria into the blood.The most frontier part of the gut barrier is the intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes(iIEL).We reviewed the origin, the characteristics of iIEL under physiological or pathophysiological status and their responses to the outside interventions.These imformation would help to f ind and assess the methods for attenuating the gut barrier damage.
