清洁生产与循环经济是实现可持续发展战略的重要途径 ,它们之间有着不可分割的内在联系 ,其总体都是预防污染 ,实质都强调生产过程中将废物最少化、资源化、无害化 。
Cleaner production and circular Economy are the important way that realize the sustainable development ,the relations between them is indivisible ,their integer goal is pollution prevention and their essential is to make waste minimum ,resourced and innocuity ,the study on their relations helps to implement Cleaner production Audit and develop circular Economy.
