分析了在铁路、公路建设施工中对环境造成的影响和污染 ,并提出在铁路、公路的线路设计阶段应引起重视 ,采取一些防护措施 ,力争将施工中对环境的污染降至最低。

Environment impact and pollution caused by railway and highway constructing were analysed. Line design of railway and highway should be regarded, and protection method should be adopted to reduce environment impact and pollution of construction to lowest extent.
