摘要
本文针对炼化企业技术密集、高温高压、易燃易爆等特点 ,阐明了在炼化企业开展HSE风险评价的程序和方法 ,全面分析与评价生产经营过程中的风险因素 ,并通过制定对策措施和实施HSE关键任务来削减和控制风险 。
Aimat the characteristics of condensed technolˉogy,high temperature and high pressure,flammability and explosibility of petrochemical enterprises,some useful procedures and methods for runningHSE risk assessment in petrochemical enterprises are shown inthis paper.Theycan be used to analyze&assess all kinds of HSE risk factors in manufacturing and operating processes thoroughly,and by setting down countermeasures and implementing HSE key assignments to minify and control risks,then the safety production of petrochemical enterprises can be protected.
