过敏性紫癜患儿血小板参数变化及临床意义

CHANGES AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF PLATELET PARAMETAR WITH ANAPHYLACTOID PURPURA IN CHILDREN

目的 :探讨过敏性紫癜 (AP)患儿血小板参数的变化及临床意义。方法 :用CoulterJT -IR型血液分析仪分别对AP患儿急性期及恢复期血小板记数 (BPC)、血小板平均体积 (MPV)、血小板分布宽度 (PDW )、血小板压积 (PCT)进行测定 ,并以健康儿童作对照组。结果 :AP患儿急性期与恢复期相比以及急性期与对照组相比 ,BPC无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而MPV ,PDW和PCT有明显变化 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :血小板在AP的发病过程中虽无明显的数量变化 ,但其功能可能有重要改变。

Objective:To study the changes and the clinical significance of platelet parametar of children with anaphylactoid purpura (AP). Methods:Blood platelet counts (BPC), Medial platelet volume (MPV), platelet distribution width (PDW) and plateletcrit (PCT)were detected using the blood assay apparatus of model Coulter JT-IR The levels of acute and recovery stages in children AP were compared and in addition healthy children as the control group. Results:MPV, PDW and PCT levels in the acute stage were higher than that in the recovery stage of the patients and in the healthy control (P<0.05),respectively BPC levels in the acute stage were almost the same with that in the healthy control and the recovery stage (P>0.05).Conclusions:Although the number of platelets have not changes in AP,but its function has an obvious variety.
