Application of BAK in Anterior Cervical Fusion

目的 探讨BAK在颈椎前路椎体融合术中的应用价值。方法 在 3 2例脊髓型颈椎病 ,6例久治不愈的根型颈椎病 ,4例外伤性颈椎间盘突出症患者行颈椎前路手术中 ,将BAK插入到 49个病变椎间隙。术后观察临床效果。结果 42例患者平均随访 3 7月 ,临床效果满意 ,无神经并发症发生 ,术前JOA评分 5～ 14分 ,术后JOA评分 12～ 17分 ,恢复率为 40 %～ 10 0 % ,无BAK移位或脱出。所融合间隙无塌陷及成角畸形 ,并均在 3～ 6个月骨性愈合。结论 颈椎椎体间固定融合技术使施术节段稳定 ,避免了自体植骨引起的并发症 。

Objective To discuss the value of BAK applyed in anterior cervical fusion. Methods In 32 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy,6 cases of stubborn cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy and 4 cases of traumatic herniation of cervical disc underwent anterior cervical fusion,we used BAK, which were pluged into total 49 intervertebral spaces with pathological changes. and observed the clinical results after operation. Results 42 cases which have been followed up for an average of 37 months obtained satisfactory clinical results. All have no nervous complications. The JOA marks of preoperative are ranged from 5 to 14, those of postoperative are from 12 to 17, recovery rates are from 40% to 100%. No BAK is shifted or protruded. The intervertebral space of the fusion has no collapse or angulation deformity, all get bony fusion in 3～6 months. Conclusions The immediate stability of the operated segments can be obtained by using BAK. The technique eliminate the complications of autograft and may be the replacing measure of the traditional cervical interbody fusiorn with bone graft.
