摘要
目的 :观察铁木尔丸对实验性玻璃体出血的影响。方法 :将家兔实验性玻璃体出血模型分为铁木尔丸治疗组和未经治疗的对照组。观察两组家兔眼底红光反映出现的时间、眼底情况、光学显微镜下的病理改变和超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase,SOD)活性的变化。结果 :与对照组相比较 ,治疗组眼底红光反映出现时间缩短、眼底改变轻、SOD活性增强。结论 :铁木尔丸可促进家兔玻璃体出血的吸收。其作用机理可能与促进巨噬细胞的吞噬作用。
OBJECTIVE:To observe effect of tiemuer pills in the treatment of experimental vitreous body hemorrhage. METHODS: The experimental vitreous body hemorrhage of rabbits was treated with tiemuer pills and was not treated in the control group.When the red light of fundus can be found the time was recorded,fundus conditions and pathologic changes were surveyed under light microscope,the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined. RESULTS: Compared with that in the control group,the period of fundus red light in treated group was shorter,the fundus pathological changes was milder and the activity of SOD was highly improved. CONCLUSION: Tiemuer pills could promote absorption of experimental vitreous hemorrhage and advancing of SOD activity the rabbit.
