闪光视网膜电图对黑核白内障术后效果的评价

Clinical Evaluation of Flicker Electroretinogram to Post-operative Visual Acuity of Black Cataract

目的:研究闪光视网膜电图对黑核白内障术后效果的预测意义。方法:对21例28眼黑核白内障施行现代囊外及人工晶体植入术,术前常规行闪光视网膜电图检测,检测结果为:ERG各波形未引出或最大反应引出低平波。结果:白内障术后随访三个月至两年,矫正视力低于0.1者2眼,0.1至0.5者17眼,0.6至1.0者9眼。结论:闪光视网膜电图虽可做为视网膜功能评价的客观指标,可预测白内障术后效果,但该项检查受多种因素的影响,在黑核白内障病人闪光视网膜电图波形可能极差,然而白内障术后却获得了良好的视力,所以该检查不能作为对视网膜功能的唯一评价指标,要结合临床及其它检查结果综合分析,增强黑核白内障病人接受手术的信心。

Objective: To research the clinical significance of the method of flicker electrotetinogram (FERG) to post-operative result of black cataract. Methods: ECCE and IOL were performed in 19 cases (26 eyes ) of black cataract. ERG was examed in every case. The examination results were that the waves of ERG were not existed or the waves were very low at the strong light. Results: The correct visual acuity was 0.1 or worse in 2 eyes, from 0.1 to 0.5 in 15 eyes, from 0.6 to 1.0 in 9 eyes after 3 months. Conclusion: Although FERG was regarded the objective factor to value the function of retina, it was effected by many factors, the FERG waves of black cataract may be bad, but Correct visual acuity after operation may be better. The examination result can not be the unique sign to evaluate the retina function. We must analyze examination result synthesized and enhance the thought to accept operation in black cataract cases.
