早期应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的临床研究

Clinical study of atorvastatin calcium in acute coronary syndrome

目的 观察早期应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗急性冠状动脉综合征 ( ACS)的疗效。方法 71例 ACS患者随机分为两组 ,对照组和治疗组 ,随访 6个月 ,观察心脑血管事件发生情况以及服药前后纤维蛋白原 ( FIB)、C反应蛋白 ( CRP)的变化。结果 应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗组复发心绞痛、心力衰竭、紧急经皮冠状动脉成形术( PTCA) /冠状动脉搭桥术 ( CABG)因缺血再住院发生率下降 ,FIB、CRP减少。结论 早期应用阿托伐他汀钙治疗 ACS。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium in acute coronary syndrome.Methods Seventy-one patients were divided randomly into two groups as follows:control group and atorvastatin group.The levels of blood lipid,C-reaction protein (CRP) and fibrinogen (FIB) were measured before and after treatment.Cardiocerebral events were recorded during 6 months after admission.Results Both the two groups had higher levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),and low-density lipoprotein (LDL),but a lower level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL);after treatment the atorvastatin group got a lower level of TC,TG,and LDL,but a higher level of HDL,compared with the control group.Cardiocerebral events such as recurrent angina pectoris,heart failure,PTCA/CABG emergency,and cardial ischemia occurred less frequently;CRP and FIB also showed a lower level in the atorvastatin group.Conclusion Treatment with atorvastatin is effective in acute coronary syndrome.
