摘要
目的 检测卵巢交界性肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的表达 ,研究它与VEGF、微血管密度的关系。方法 应用免疫组化SP法 ,检测 53例卵巢交界性肿瘤 ,1 8例良性卵巢肿瘤 ,2 7例卵巢癌组织中VEGF的表达 ,用FⅧ因子单克隆抗体标记新生血管内皮 ,计数微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 VEGF在卵巢交界性肿瘤组织中的表达介于卵巢良性肿瘤与卵巢恶性肿瘤之间 ,其结果均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5) ,且其与卵巢交界性肿瘤的临床分期 ,MVD值密切相关 (P <0 0 5) ,其与卵巢交界性肿瘤的组织分型 ,有无腹腔种植无关 (P <0 0 5)。结论 VEGF是卵巢肿瘤重要的血管生成因子 ,它与卵巢肿瘤的生长 ,侵袭与转移密切相关 ,检测VEGF有助于判断肿瘤的恶性程度 ,为交界性肿瘤的判断预后提供依据。
Objetive To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Microvessel of density with borderline ovarian tumor Methods SP immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of VEGF in 53 samples of borderline ovarian tumors,18 Samples of benign tumors and 27 samples of ovarian carcinoma,MVD was counted with factor Ⅷ monoclone antigene as markers of newborn blood vessels Results The expression of VEGF in borderline ovarian tumor was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor and was significantly lower in ovarian carcinoma (P<0 05)。The expression rates were associated with FIGO stage and MVD(P<0 05)。Statistical analysis didn't show a close correlationship between VEGF expression and tissue type,Peritoneal implants Conclusion VEGF is the important angiogenetic regulating factor in ovarican tumors,correlated with the development,metastasis of ovarian tumor,It's feasible to investigate VEGF for the prognosis of borderline ovarian tumor
