黑河流域生态环境建设问题

Major Problems on Eco-environment Construction in Heihe Watershed

简要分析了黑河流域的主要生态问题及其危害,并结合当地社会经济条件,对流域进行生态环境建设分区。在分区的基础上,提出以区域社会经济与生态环境可持续发展为目标的生态环境建设对策。

The paper briefly analyzed major ecoenvironmental problems as well as their effects on Heihe watershed development. A new system of divisions has been established for ecoenvironment construction corresponding to local socioeconomic conditions. Meanwhile some rational environmental construction countermeasures have been put forward based on the theory of regional socioeconomic and ecoenvironmental sustainable development.
