摘要 目的 用肉汤稀释法测定产孢丝状真菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MICs) ,了解其耐药性。方法 应用NCCLSM 38 P肉汤稀释法测定 4种抗真菌药物对临床分离的 2 8株产孢丝状真菌和 3株ATCC质控菌的MICs。结果 氟康唑的MICs几何均数为 7.2 μg/mL、MIC50 为 8μg/mL、MIC90 为 2 5 6 μg/mL,均高于其它的抗真菌药物 ;三株质控株经检测结果 ,均在规定的范围内。结论 产孢丝状真菌有必要进行体外药敏试验 。 Objective To investigate fungi drug resistant pattern by detection of the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 4 antifungal agents against filamentous fungi. Methods The MICs of the 4 antifungal agents against 28 strains of filamentous fungi isolated from clinical samples and 3 quality control strains were determined by the NCCLS M38 P broth microdilution susceptibility test. Results The geometric mean of MICs of fluconazole was 7.2 μg/mL , the MIC 50 was 8 μg/mL and the MIC 90 was 256 μg/mL , which were higher than the other antifungal agents. Conclusion Antifungal susceptibility test can provide evidence for clinical treatment.
