摘要
优序图法是一种用矩阵图示的办法分析各因素 (条件 )对目标 (项目成败、服务质量 )的重要程度 ,为管理决策提供依据的数理统计分析方法。本文制定了 9个影响图书馆采访质量的指标 ,通过多人加权的方法 ,对影响采访质量的指标及其改善难易程度作了优序图 ,并综合两图得出当前提高图书馆采访质量的工作重点排序。
Precedence Chart is a math-statistics analysis method, which is used for analyzing the importance of each factor to the target by matrixes chart, and offering basis for management decision-making. This article established 9 impact-index for acquisition quality, and made the Precedence Charts of indexes which may impact acquisition quality and the difficulty extent of improving the indexes, via more than one weighted method. It also gave the major composition for improving acquisition quality by colligating two charts.
