信息的数字化和全球化 ,对于发展中国家来说 ,意义要更加重大一些。毕竟这是个无时空界限、无地位尊卑的世界 ,人们可以更自由、更公平地获取信息。为此 ,许多国家积极开展了信息数字化建设工作 ,印度的情况也是如此。本文通过对印度图书馆基本面和政策面的分析 ,介绍了印度在数字图书馆预研。
The global digitized information means much to the developing countries.Thanks to its non-restriction on time,location or social position,people can achieve information more freely and fairly.There are so many rushes to it,including India.The article reveals some important achievements of initiatives of digital library and information sharing by means of taking a bird's eye view at and an analysis of the suprastructure for them in India.
