One of the most important functions of government is to provide necessary institutions to make it standandized during the process of the modernization of agriculture.Some problems such as market failure and the expandition of income inequality need to be solved by the government.The policies of customs duties,quota,export subsidy and exchange rate would affect the agricultural modernization.
