肝移植治疗肝硬化伴肝癌

Liver transplantation for primary liver cancer in patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis

目的 总结肝移植治疗乙肝肝硬化伴肝癌的经验体会。 方法 2 0 0 0年 8月至 2 0 0 1年 8月对 4例 (本院 1例 ,浙江大学医学院附属第二医院 3例 )乙肝肝硬化伴肝癌患者行背驮式同种异体肝移植术。 结果 随访 1～ 12月 ,4例全部存活。 2例曾出现轻度急性排异反应 ,经激素冲击治疗后治愈。

Objective To summarize the experience of liver transplantation for primary liver cancer in patients with hepatitic cirrhosis. Methods Allogenic piggy back liver transplantation was performed in four patients with primary liver cancer complicated by hepatitic cirrhosis from Augest 2000 to Augest 2001. Results By follow up of 1～12 months,all patients were survived . The aucte rejection was occured in 2 cases and remitted by hormone stosstherapy. Conclusion It is practicable that liver transplantation for primary liver cancer in patients with hepatitic cirrhosis.
