摘要 目的 :研究P16基因在肾细胞癌中的表达及其与肾细胞癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测肾细胞癌中P16基因表达情况。结果 :在肾细胞癌中 ,P16基因阳性表达率为 5 2 .9% ,在G1、G2 、G3 中 ,阳性表达率分别为 6 6 .7%、71.4 %和 37.0 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在透明细胞癌和颗粒细胞癌中 ,阳性表达率分别为 6 9.7%和 2 2 .2 % (P <0 .0 5 )。在阳性表达组和阴性表达组中 ,患者生存率差异有显著性意义。结论 :基因的表达与肾细胞癌的发生发展密切相关 。 Purpose:To study the correlation between P16 protein and tumorgrade,stage,prognosis of renal cell carcinoma(RCC).Methods:P16 protein was investigated in 51 cases of RCC using immunohistochemical technique.Results:The results showed that the total positive rate of P16 was 52.9 %. The P16 positive rate in gradeⅠ,Ⅱand Ⅲ was 66.7 %, 71.4 % and 37.0 %,respectively and was 69.7 % and 22.2 % in clear cell carcinoma and granular cell carcinoma.There was a significant difference in survival rate between P16 positive and negative cases.Conclusions:The result suggested that P16 play an important role in suppressing the development of renal cell carcinoma and can be used as a predictor of malignance and prognosis.
