摘要 目的 研究酸蚀面种植体的细胞相容性。方法 采用MTT比色法检测RPMI - 16 4 0、机械面种植体浸提液和酸蚀面种植体浸提液培养小鼠成纤维细胞 (L92 9) 2天、3天、4天的吸光度值 ,评价其细胞毒性。结果 酸蚀面种植体浸提液培养L92 92天、3天、4天的吸光度均值分别为 0 .0 988± 0 .0 0 16、0 .2 30 2± 0 .0 0 77、0 .4 5 5 3±0 .0 0 5 5 ,与单纯RPMI - 16 4 0培养L92 9的吸光度值相比 ,经方差分析 ,差异无显著性 ,即酸蚀面种植体无明显细胞毒性。结论 酸蚀面种植体具有良好的细胞相容性 ,可以用于动物实验和临床实验。 Objective To study the cellular compatibility of acid-etched implants. Methods The absorbances of L929 mouse fibroblasts cultured in PRMI-1640, extraction liquid of machined implants and extraction liquid of acid-etched implants for two days, three days and four days were detected by MTT-assay, which assessed the cytotoxicity of acid-etched implants. Results The means of absorbances of L929 cultured in extraction liquid of acid-etched implants for two days, three days and four days were 0.0988±0.0016, 0.2302±0.0077, 0.4553±0.0055 respectively. Compared with those of PRMI-1640, there were no statistical differences by analysis of variance, that is, acid-etched implant has no significant cytotoxicity. Conclusions Acid-etched implant has an ideal cellular compatibility. It can be further used in animal experiment and clinical study.
