嵴上纤维组织对尖牙始动力大小的影响

摘要 目的 探讨嵴上纤维组织对尖牙远中移动始动力值大小的影响 ,评估嵴上纤维切断术对减小尖牙远中移动阻力的临床有效性。方法  35例拔除第一双尖牙的患者 ,尖牙行嵴上纤维切断术 (circumferentialsupracrestalfiberotomy ,CSF)后采用片段方丝弓技术 ,利用镍钛拉簧牵引其向远中 ,并以对侧尖牙做对照 ,观察启动尖牙移动时的力值大小。结果 实验组 (CSF)尖牙移动的始动力值 (平均为 3.33OZ)明显低于对照组 (4 .82OZ) ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 嵴上纤维切断术能有效减小牙齿远中移动的阻力 ,降低对支抗的要求。 Objective To investigate the effects of the supracretal gingival fiber tissues on the distal retraction of canine and to assess the clinical feasibility of reducing the resistance on the distal retraction of canine undergone the Circumferen tial Supracrestal Fiberotomy(CSF). Method The first bicuspid of 35 cases were extracted. 43 canines randomly chosen right side or left side (maxillary or/and mandibular) were performed on the CSF. The modified U-bend of closing loop with segment edgewise arch wire was stretched bilaterally between first molar and canine by the Ni-Ti coil spring, observing how much force it demands to initiate canine distally movement. Result The available force value of experiment group(average 3.33 ounces) is lower than that of the control group(average 4.82 ounces). Conclusion The procedure of the CSF can efficiently minimize the resistance of supracrestl gingival tissues on teeth movement and reduce requirement on anchorage.
