摘要
针对西气东输管道工程的实际情况,对其压缩机站的优化布置及机组配置的总体思路和内容进行探讨。借鉴国内外多条天然气管道压缩机站的压比设计,通过经济性比较,认为1.4~1.5压比方案费用现值较低,经济性较好,在此基础上经过现场踏勘,综合分析,提出西气东输管道沿线站场优化布置方案,并分析比较了燃气轮机驱动和变频电机驱动的利弊,提出西气东输压缩机站的机组配置方案:各站采用机组备用配置,其驱动方式视现场实际情况而定,可选用燃气轮机,也可选用变频电机驱动。在外电可靠,且电驱方案比燃驱方案较经济或相差不多的情况下,应首选电驱方案。
In connection with the practice situation in West - east Pipeline Project, the general thought &content of compressor station s optimization arrangement & equipment distribution were discussed. The paper puts forward the compressor stations optimization location program & each compressor station equipment distribution program along West - east Pipeline route.
