摘要
在天然软土地基上建造2万m^3大型油罐,要不要进行地基处理?通过对上海黄浦江左河道地质状况及其固结、渗透、沉降特性的分析,提出了采用钢筋混凝土环墙加砂垫层预抬高的天然地基设计方案,并采用充水预压和现场实测沉降速率和孔隙水压力的方法,控制地基稳定性。实践证明,在天然软土地基上,考虑粘土层水平向渗透固结影响,采用充水预压法,仅用50d左右的时间,地基承载力就由60kPa提高到210kPa,每台2万m^3油罐地基处理与同规模的上海某引进工程设计相比,节约钢材325.6t,投资仅为同类国外引进工程的1/6。文章还介绍了在天然软土地基上进行油罐基础设计时,团结理论的选用、充水预压加荷方案的设计、沉降速率的计算和孔隙水压力的控制值等。
It needs treatment or not for the large - scale oil storage tanks (e. g. 2 × 104 m3) to be built on nature soft earth formation? By analyzing the geological condition, earth formation solidification, penetration & settlement etc. properties at the Huangpu River left bed in Shanghai city, the writer puts forward a design proposal of using reinforced concrete ring wall plus sand cushion to pre -rise nature earth foundation level. A 2 × 104 m3 large -scale oil storage tank was constructed by using a method of filling water for pre - pressure, measuring settlement rate & pore water pressure in jobsite to control correspondingly earth foundation stability. The paper also introduces the selection of solidification theory, the design of filling water pre - pressure program, the calculation of settlement rate & the control values of pore water pressure etc. when the oil tank foundation was design on nature soft earth formation.
