摘要
吊装60万t/a柴油加氢-30万t/a重整-18000m^3/h变压吸附联合装置的一座高60m、重2100kN的烟囱,采用了分段吊装与空中组焊的方法。即在吊装前将烟囱筒体分为6段组焊,并安装各段附件,Ⅰ~Ⅳ段均采用立式施衬方法,Ⅴ、Ⅵ段采用卧置分瓣翻转施材方法,然后,各段主吊均采用管轴式吊耳和平衡梁进行吊装,依次在空中组焊5道大环口。该施工方法工期短,仅用了35天;施工环节减少,与采用桅杆吊装法相比,施工手段用料减少80%,机械台班减少60%以上;施工现场占地面积小,不影响相邻项目的施工。文章介绍了烟囱筒体分段组焊、施衬、端口加固方法、工装设计以及吊装操作步骤等。
A high 60rn, weight 2100kN chimney located in a combined unit of 6 × 105 t/a diesel - hydrogenation device, 3 × 105 t/a reforming device & 18000 m3/h transformer was successively lifted in sectional manner & welded together in air.
