摘要
目的 :研究个体化训练对孤独症的疗效。方法 :对 30例住院孤独症患儿采用个体化训练 ,内容包括社交技能、语言和言语、行为矫正、共济协调运动、精细运动和认知能力训练。每天训练 6小时 ,平均 3 5个月。结果 :2 7例有不同程度的进步。 2 7例社交能力有不同程度改善。 15例无语言能力者 ,有 13例已可讲一些单词和 /或短句。 15例无社交语言者 ,有 12例已学会某些交谈性对话。 2 7例行为有改善。ABC减分率为 37 14 %。出院后 2~ 32个月进行追踪 ,2 7例仍继续有进步。其中 5例已上小学。结论
Objective: To study the clinical effect of individual training for children with autism Method:30 inpatients with autism received individual training, including social skill training, speech and language training, behavior modification, coordinate muscular movement training and cognitive training The time of training was 6 hours per day, for 3 5 months Result:27 of the 30 cases made progress, especially in social skills Among 15 children could not speak before, 13 could speak some words or short sentences after training, 12 learnt to talk in communication All of the 27 cases made progress in behavior problems The decreasing ratio of ABC was 37 14% In our follow up, 2-32 months after discharge, the 27 cases made more progress Five of them could enter primary school for formal education Conclusion: Individual training is effective on children with autism
