摘要
目的 “肾主生殖 ,与冬相应” ,是中医藏象理论的重要组成部分。本实验目的是探索生殖季节性变化的生理机制。方法 本实验采用大鼠松果体摘除模型 ,运用放射配体结合分析 (RBA)方法测定冬夏季节大鼠睾丸细胞膜黄体生成素 (LH)受体变化。结果 正常组睾丸细胞膜LH受体最大结合量和结合力在冬夏季节存在明显差异 (P <0 0 1) ,表现出冬高夏低的变化 ;正常组和模型组之间睾丸细胞膜LH受体数目存在显著差异 ;模型组睾丸细胞膜LH受体最大结合量和结合力在冬夏季节不存在明显差异。结论 季节因素对大鼠睾丸LH受体有调节作用 ;松果体可能是生殖与季节联系的中介。
Objective To investigate the physiological mechanisms of the seasonal phenomena in the reproduction in rats according to a TCM exposition saying that 'the kidney originates and controls life reproduction and corresponds to the winter,' which is an important part of TCM visceral theory. Method The changes in the level of luteotrophic hormone (LH) in testicular cell membrane were measured in the rat pinealectomized model by radioligand binding assay in the winter and summer. Results The maximum binding capacity and the equilibrium dissociation constant of LH receptors in the normal control group remarkably increased in the winter and decreased in the summer ( P <0 01), and there was a significant difference between the number of LH receptors in the normal control group and that in the model group; in the model group, as far as the maximum binding capacity and the equilibrium dissociation constant of LH receptors were concerned, there was no significant difference between those in the winter and those in the summer. Conclusions The seasonal factors can regulate the expression of LH receptors in the rat testicular cell membrane, and the pineal body may be one of the media between the life reproduction and the seasons.
