高效液相色谱法测定参芍心欣方有效部位中葛根素含量 被引量:3

HPLC Method for the Quantitative Determination of Puerarin in the Active Part of the Extract of Shenshaoxinxin Formula

摘要 目的 建立参芍心欣方有效部位中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法 采用YWG C18色谱柱(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (15∶ 85 ) ,流速 1mL min ,检测波长 :2 5 0nm。 结果 该法平均回收率为 10 3 4 % ,RSD为 1 16 % (n =5 )。结论 本法操作简便、准确 。 Objective To establish a method for determining puerarin quantitatively in the active part of the extract of Shenshaoxinxin Formula. Method A HPLC method was designed, which was performed under the following conditions: YWG G 18 column (250 mm×4 6 mm, 10 μ) as the chromatographic column, methanol water (15∶85) as the mobile phase at a flow velocity of 1 ml/min, and the wavelength of 250 nm as the detecting wavelength. Results The average recovery was 103 4%, and RSD was 1 16% ( n =5). Conclusion This HPLC method is easy and accurate, and can be used as one of the methods for controlling the quality of the active part of the extract of Shenshaoxinxin Formula.
