摘要
为查清“餐桌食品”的污染现况及原因 ,2 0 0 1年 1月~ 2 0 0 2年 8月对 8大类 5 15份食品进行了采样检测 ,结果总合格率为 5 6 7% ,其中添加食品禁用添加剂和超剂量使用食品添加剂 ,造成食品不合格 118份 ,占不合格食品总数的 4 6 8% ,是造成“餐桌食品”不合格的主要原因。加强普法教育和强化卫生监督、提高检测水平 ,给不法生产经营户以严厉打击 ,是提高餐桌食品的合格率水平的有效手段。
To clarify the present state and the causes of the 'table foods' contamination, 515 food samples were tested during Jan. 2001 to Aug.2002, which showed a total eligibility rate of 56 7%, Among the unqualified ones, 118 samplies are caused by adding too much additives or forbidden food additives, which is the primary reason of unqualified foods, accounting for 46 8% of the total. It is important to enhance the laws, improve the level of 'table foods' eligibility rate.
