Role of the National Resources Commission of China in the Project of the Industrial and Mining Enterprises Staffs Practice in America During the Early Years after World War Ⅱ

战后初期(1945-1949年),国民政府为了培养更多的技术与管理人才,先后派遣了两批工矿人员赴美实习。在中美双方的配合及实习人员的努力下,实习工作取得了较大的成就,并产生了深远的影响。在工矿人员赴美实习的问题上,资源委员会起了重要作用,保障了这项工作的顺利进行。

In the early years after World War Ⅱ(1945-1949), the Nationalist Govern ment had sent two batches of industrial and mining enterprises staffs to America for practice, in order to train more technical and administrative personnel. Great achievements had been gained out of the coorperation of China and America. Also, the staffs had made their best endeavorments.What's more,this project exerted a far reaching influnce on the future. The National Resources Commission had played a big role in the preparation for the practice,the management of the practice in America and the arrangement of these staffs after they came back. In a word,the National Resources Commission had undertaken this project successfully.
