摘要
从头颅标本的 CT数据出发 ,将二维数据转化为同一坐标系的三维数据表示 .在三维造型软件中生成上、下颌骨和所有牙齿的三维曲面造型和实体造型 ,并生成独立的单元造型 .在上、下颌骨及所有牙齿模型的基础上 ,对牙列缺损修复中常用的卡环、基托和固位体进行三维实体建模 ,建立了修复所用的单元模型库 ;按照肯氏分类 ,在单元模型库的基础上 ,对典型的缺失病例的修复过程进行几何仿真 。
The 3D data in unitized coordinate was got from 2D photo type of sample skull. Curved surface and solid model of maxillary and lower mandible were created, and the same as every single part of the model. On the base of jaw bone and all teeth models, most of the rehabilitation elements, used in clinical rehabilitation, were modeled, and an element library was built. Classical defect restoration processes were emulated as the Kennedy classification.
