摘要
建立了内齿行星齿轮传动运动副及零件的弹性变形协调条件和弹性动力学分析方程 .利用模态叠加法和封闭算法对动力学方程进行了仿真 ,仿真中对截断模态对系统动力学响应的影响进行了拟静态修正 ,计算了机构中输入轴行星轴承、输入轴箱体支承轴承、支承轴行星轴承和支承轴箱体支承轴承的载荷 ,以及在两个所谓“死点位置”的载荷 .结果表明 ,在这两个位置 ,轴承载荷并不很高 ,即“死点冲击”并不存在 .
An elasto-dynamic model was established for an internal gear planetary transmission. In the dynamic model, the elastic deformations of the parts and bearings are considered. Based on the dynamic model, the dynamic loads on the bearings in the transmission are simulated on a computer. The computation shows that the loads of the bearings at the two dead points are not as high as depicted by past researchers. This result denies the existence of dead point impact which is widely accepted in academic community. At the last, the primary natural frequency of the transmission was also calculated, and the result was discussed.
