摘要 在将橡胶圆板处理为圆薄膜后 ,基于非线性变形理论和储能函数的特性 ,导出了橡胶圆薄膜大变形状态的平衡方程和变形曲面的几何特性参数 .在将变形曲面作球冠面假设后 ,获得了挠度与载荷之间的特征关系 .与实验测试值的比较发现 。 Based on the theory of nonlinear deformation and the characteristics of strain-energy functions, the equilibrium equations of a circular membrane in a large deflection state were attained, and some geometric parameters of the curved-surface were obtained too. Based on the presumption that the deformed surface is described as a kind of surface of spherical cap, the problem about the relationship between load and deformation was resolved. The comparison between the result given by the proposed method and the one through measuring in experiments was carried out, and the theory result is effective.
