摘要
采用机械阻抗法建立了超声车削系统的组合共振基本方程 .通过改变单个部件的几何参数研究了超声车削系统中单个部件固有频率变化对整体系统固有频率的影响 ,分析结果和实验基本吻合 .
The compound vibration essential equation was set up via the mechanical impedance method. The effect of individual part's resonance frequency variation on the system resonance frequency was studied through changing the geometry parameters of the part. The ultrasonic cutting system set up according to the above principle demonstrates a perfect vibration effect.
