摘要
本文根据有关古代婚俗著作的论述 ,结合相关文献 ,从民俗学、社会学、文化人类学的角度对《诗经》中所反映的先秦的婚俗形态进行探讨 ,认为先秦特殊的奇婚异俗主要有 :妻妾作为财产被继承的“收继制”;经原始的“群婚制”变异的“内婚制”;原始的“群婚制’。
In reference to materials aboutmarriage customs in ancienttimes and related literature,from the angles of folk lore,social sciences and history,this article categorizes wedding customs of ancienttimes re- flected in the Book of Songsinto the following parts:primitive communal marriage system,NEIHUN sys- tem( brothers could marry their sisters) evolved from the communal marriage,and SHOUJIZHIwhich al- lowed a person's wife and concubines to be inherited by his descendents.Moreover,opinions of ancientand modern scholars on this question are also analyzed.
