摘要
本文论述了我国公共图书馆管理中存在的一些误区 :管理视野上的重内轻外 ,服务活动中的重书轻人 ,人员培训中的重技能轻人文 ,制度建设中的重他律轻自律和评估活动中的重外延轻内涵。
This article expounded on some various errors in the management of Chinese public library: Pay great attention to inherent but ignore contextual in management, Pay great attention to collection but ignore users in service, Pay great attention to technics but ignore humanistic in training, Pay great attention to heteronomy but ignore autonomy in rules, Pay great attention to extension but ignore intension in evaluation.
