21世纪高校图书馆的发展模式

本文探讨了在知识管理环境中高校图书馆的发展模式 :由传统型向复合型转变 ;由量化管理向“以学术为先导”的内涵式发展理念转变 ;由传统文献加工向数据库资源建设转变 ,由单一个体模式向共建共享模式转变 ;由传统文献信息服务向知识服务模式转变 ;由图书馆界的整合向全社会信息交流系统的融合转变。

This paper discusses the development mode of the college library in the envioronment of knowledge management: that should transform from traditional type into compound type; from quantity management into the mode of' regarding academy as guidance'; from traditional document process into data base resources building, from single individual mode into building together and sharing; from traditional information service into knowledge service; from conformity of the library into systematic integration of the whole society information.
