证券监管机构国际协作现状与趋势分析

随着证券市场国际化及经济一体化的深入发展 ,证券监管机构的国际合作已经被各主要国家 (地区 )所重视并纳入对证券市场监管的重要组成部分。在中国证券市场国际化进程加快以及加入 WTO的形势下 ,中国与境外证券监管机构的协作显得更为紧迫和重要。本文分析了中国与境外证券监管机构协作的特点及主要障碍 ,并基于证券市场对外开放进程 ,分析了协作的主要趋势 。

With the globalization and integration of international securities markets, the cooperation between supervision bodies from different countries has been attached more and more importance. China's entry into the WTO weighs more urgency on our governing body to work together with foreign counterparts. However, the cooperation process is tune with the opening up process of China's securities market. The paper analyses the characteristics and major obstacles of co\|supervision. Then the primary trends and possible co-supervision models are proposed basing on the prediction of China's opening process.
