摘要
本文分别将中国和德国的国有银行与其国内的其他所有权类型银行的效率进行比较 ,并对委托代理机制的完善程度、银行市场竞争、银行所有权的转移、银行经理市场的竞争及金融市场结构等影响国有银行效率的因素进行分析 ,最后提出了提高国有银行效率的政策建议。
The paper studies the difference in the efficiencies of state-owned banks in China and Germany, comparing them with the commercial banks and cooperative banks. To find the affecting factors, the paper analyses the principal-agency mechanism, the competition in banking market, the transfer of bank ownership, the competition in the market of bank managers, and the structure of financial market.
