摘要 胜利油田多数砂岩油藏已进入高含水期开采 ,油层温度普遍有所降低 ,同时大量出砂 ,造成地层亏空严重。为了进一步提高高含水期的防砂层强度 ,在模拟地层条件下对糠醇树脂低聚物固砂剂进行了室内研究。试验研究表明 ,该固砂剂对地层或充填层的固结强度高 ,固结后渗透率损害低 (1 6 %~ 2 8% ) ,与地层配伍性好 ,使用安全 ,易于注入和施工 ,且成本较低 。 After most reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield came into high water-bearing period, such phenomena have appeared as serious deficiency, lowered temperature, large amount of sand production in reservoirs and so on. In order to solve these problems, the study on furfuryl alcohol resin used as conslidated chemical has been developed under modeling reservoir conditions in lab. At present, the ingredient has been carried on successfully. The system has such advantages as low cost, well compatibility to the reservoir, low permeability damage and highly-consolidated strength after consolidation, safe use, easy to inject and operate and so on.
