摘要
用流变学原理建立了缓凝砂浆流变模型及方程,在此基础上,运用螺旋机构原理分析了缓凝砂浆经螺旋输送包覆机包覆于预应力钢筋上的机理,阐述了缓凝砂浆在螺旋机构中受到剪切、混合、输送和挤压的作用.由此对进一步认识螺旋输送的规律以及结构设计和掌握运行参数提供依据.
By using the theories of rheology, the model and equation of retarded adhesive mortar are built. On this basis, the screw conveying and wrapping principle is analysed by the application of screw mechanism and the cutting, mixing, conveying and extruding roles to which retarded mortar is subjected in screw are discussed. This paper provides guidance for further understanding of the screw conveying regulation,its designed structure and all running parameters.
