Development situation of mobile communication in Hebei province is described from the aspects of general universal voice service,intelli-gent service and data service.Through analysis of mobile service market and technology in Hebei province,develop-ing strategy of mobile intelligent net-work in the future is put forward,i.e.to speed up the convergence between oth-er services and intelligent network plat-form,to distribute intelligent network and introduce new service growth point as soon as possible.Developing direc-tion for mobile communication intelli-gent service in the future is pointed out.
