HPV16/18在膀胱癌中表达及其与bFGF、cyclin D1和cyclin E的相关关系

Relationships of Human Papillomavirus 16/18 with bFGF,Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in Bladder Cancer

目的 :探讨人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV) 16 18与膀胱癌发病之间关系及其作用机制。方法 :应用免疫组化方法检测 78例膀胱癌标本和 11例正常膀胱组织中HPV16 18、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)、细胞周期蛋白 (cyclin)D1和cyclinE的表达及相关关系。结果 :膀胱癌中HPV16 18阳性率为 65 4 % ,显著高于正常的 2 7 3% ;而且与肿瘤病理分级、分期相关 ,但与肿瘤复发无相关。膀胱癌中HPV16 18与bFGF及cyclinD1表达之间有显著相关性 ,但与cyclinE表达之间无显著相关性。结论 :HPV16 18感染参与膀胱癌发病过程 ,而且通过多途径发挥作用。

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of human papillomavirus(HPV)16/18 in pathogenesis of bladder cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine the expression of HPV16/18,basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),cyclin D1 and cyclin E in 78 cases of bladder cancer and 11 cases of normal bladder tissues.Results The positive rate of HPV16/18 expression in bladder cancer was 65.4%,significantly higher than 27.3% in normal tissues(P<0.05)?Expressions of HPV16/18 in bladder cancer were close association with tumor grade,stage,bFGF expression and cyclin D1 expression,respectively.While insignificantly relationships were found bewteen HPV16/18 expression and tumor recurrence and cyclin E expression.Conclusion Infection of HPV16/18 may be by more pathway to involve in development and progression of bladder cancer.
