通过对典型中、小企业的结构与运作模式的分析，提出一种实用的电子商务解决 方案，并给出了基于Notes/Domino系统开发的一个应用实例。

By means of analysis of structure and running mode to typical middle and small scale enterprise, an applied EC solution is brought forward, and a p r actical running example based on Notes/Domino is presented.
